When you fill out the form on our Contact page, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the city where your property is, your project type, whether you have plans drawn, your timeline, and anything you tell us about your project. If you call or email us, we keep that conversation so we can follow up.
Like most websites, our site and the tools behind it may also record basic technical information, such as your browser type, the pages you visit, and the time zone you submit the form from.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as the software we use to receive form submissions and manage client communication, and our email provider. They may use it only to provide those services to us. If we work together on a project, we may share the details a subcontractor or architect needs to do their part of the work. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and project information for as long as we need it to respond to you, complete your project, and meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
Your choices and California privacy rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. To make a request, email construction@somos4companies.com or call (424) 260-5416. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Do Not Track
Our website does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, and we do not track visitors across other websites.
Children
This website is meant for homeowners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
